So My dad is trying to kick me out like "GET OUT NOW THIS MINUTE" Now I know by law he is allowed to do so but i heard somewhere that if a person pay's any type of bill whether it is some rent or a house hold bill he/she has the right of a 30 day notice and it need's to be basically be taken to court in order for that person to be kicked out.
I am not paying rent but I am paying some bill's around the house and even if it didnt need to be taken to court, by law dont you need to atleast give 30 day notice and cant kick that person out instantly like you could with a person that pays nothing.
