I am using IB's webtrader. I've just had my account reactivated. I have subscribed to ASX deep book data. My problems are;
1) I don't have the 'Market Depth' module available to add. This allows viewing of full market depth. The help desk keeps referring to booktrader but this is not the issue. ie when I go to 'Preferences' I do not see the market depth module.
2) Company fundamentals / financial data. I cannot see this. I am only subscribed to the free IBIS service.
Anyone out there who has the market depth module working on webtrader?
